Brand New (via battlements) Saw them on Saturday and they were amazing!  Jesse told this story about the last time they were at Bogart’s. They were opening for Hot Rod Circuit and he said one of their guitarists (I forget who) dove into the crowd and it was like Moses parting the Red Sea. Jesse watched him from the stage as he fell and slid across the floor.

9/14/08: Kentuckiana experiences what's left of Hurricane Ike.

Took a bunch of photos on my street on Sunday after the hurricane level winds died down. Our power was out all Sunday and well into today. Over 400,000 people were without power. Pretty nuts considering where we live… after dealing with a small bit of Ike, I can’t believe people in Texas didn’t want to evacuate.
